What is sarcoidosis?
Sarcoidosis is an inflammatory disease characterized by the formation of small collections of inflammatory cells (granulomas) in one or more organs. These growths most commonly form in the lungs and lymph nodes, but they can also develop in the skin, eyes, musculoskeletal system, nervous system, heart, liver, or kidneys.

If sarcoidosis causes joint pain or other pain, acetaminophen and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may be effective.
Applying cold compresses to painful joints can help reduce inflammation and relieve pain.
Regular physical activity
Participating in regular physical activity, such as walking, yoga, or resistance training, can help improve muscle strength. It can also reduce sarcoidosis-related fatigue, ease stress, and improve mood.
Avoidance of lung irritants
If sarcoidosis affects the lungs, avoiding dust or chemicals that can irritate the respiratory system is recommended.
