Knee Pain

Knee pain can affect patients of all ages and may be the result of inflammation (Rheumatoid Arthritis), injuries (ruptured ligament), infections (septic arthritis), joint degeneration (osteoarthritis), allergic reactions to medicine, or conditions like complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS).

Mild knee pain can be sore after certain activities, and severe pain can limit weight bearing or motion activities. Patients should seek medical attention if the pain is intense and lasts longer than a few days. Seek emergency medical attention if you hear a crack, are motion impaired, and have severe swelling.
